REFUND POLICY

1. General Refund Policy

At Dinks and Drives, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests. This Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for court reservations, golf simulator bookings, memberships, and events.

2. Court & Golf Simulator Reservations

a. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refunds will be issued, but rescheduling may be possible based on availability.

  • No-shows: No refunds or rescheduling options are available.

b. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No refunds or extensions will be granted.

3. Memberships & Packages

a. Monthly Memberships

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

  • Members may cancel at any time, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided.

  • If the facility must close for an extended period due to unforeseen circumstances, membership billing may be paused at our discretion.

b. Prepaid Packages

  • Packages for court rentals, lessons, or simulator time are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest upon request.

4. Event & Private Booking Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7+ days in advance: Eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 3-6 days: Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: No refunds will be issued.

  • A deposit may be required for private bookings, which is non-refundable if canceled within the 48-hour window.

5. Merchandise & Retail Purchases

a. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • All sale items, gift cards, and customized merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

b. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request an exchange.

6. Food & Beverage Sales

  • All food and beverage purchases are final sale and non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.

7. Weather-Related Cancellations

If inclement weather affects your scheduled reservation and the facility is forced to close, we will offer:

  • A full credit for a future booking or event.

  • No refunds will be issued for weather-related disruptions unless the facility is closed.
