4. Use of Equipment & Facility Rules

  • Players must follow all posted rules and staff instructions at all times.

  • Participants engaging in reckless or unsafe behavior may be asked to leave without a refund.

5. Alcohol Consumption & Conduct
If alcohol is served at the Facility, all patrons must be of legal drinking age (21+). Consumption of alcohol is at the participant’s own risk. Dinks and Drives reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who appear intoxicated or disruptive.
6. Personal Property
The Facility is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables.
7. Media Release
By entering the Facility, you grant Dinks and Drives permission to use photos or videos taken during your visit for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify staff.
