Business and Scope
These terms govern the Dinks & Drives LLC text messaging program. Membership purchases, facility use, bookings, and cancellations remain subject to any separate agreements or policies provided when you purchase or book.
Text Messaging Program
Dinks & Drives LLC offers two categories of text messages:

• Non-marketing messages: Responses to membership inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service updates related to your requests or membership.

• Marketing messages: Membership promotions, special offers, and event announcements.

We send each category only with your consent for that category.
Your Consent
Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are separate, optional choices. Consent boxes are not checked in advance. You may choose either category, both, or neither.
Providing your phone number or submitting a form does not, by itself, authorize text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a membership, booking an appointment, or receiving services.
By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at the number provided. Please notify us if your number changes.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to your inquiries, appointments, membership activity, and the messaging program you choose.
Your wireless provider may charge message and data fees for texts you send or receive. Contact your provider with questions about your plan.
How to Unsubscribe
Reply STOP to any message from the program to unsubscribe. We may send one final confirmation of your request, after which messages from that program will stop.
To subscribe again, complete the opt-in process again. Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel your membership or an existing appointment.

Delivery and Carrier Liability
Message delivery depends on wireless network availability and other technical factors and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. SMS opt-in records and consent are protected as described in that policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and post the revised version on this page. Changes do not expand your SMS consent; we will obtain new consent where required.
